Hi John,

The New Pennsylvania Project is continuing its growth – and I am honored to say I am joining the team as the new Director!

I have long been dedicated to community organizing, engagement, and public policy, always centering vulnerable populations. I look forward to continuing that work with the New Pennsylvania Project.

And with an election that will determine our Commonwealth’s House majority just five days away, I have already hit the ground running. Would you consider contributing $10 today to help fuel our efforts to get out the vote for this election? Anything you can spare is deeply appreciated.

Republicans in Harrisburg have sabotaged the integrity of our democracy, through both outright voter disenfranchisement and undermining confidence in its practice.

The New Pennsylvania Project’s work building a representative and inclusive electorate is vital to fighting back against that sabotage, and I am thrilled to have this opportunity to join them in strengthening our democracy.

Next Tuesday’s special election in Delaware County is an excellent example of that work, with the balance of our State House resting on who turns out for a relatively obscure election in May. Will you make a $10 donation right now to help us educate and mobilize the voters of our focus communities in the little time we have left?

-------------------------------------------------------

The New Pennsylvania Project was founded in May 2021 to expand Pennsylvania’s electorate, so it reflects the Commonwealth’s demographically changing population. In the next four years, NPP will engage and empower young residents and those living in underrepresented immigrant communities and communities of color. We register communities to vote, provide civic education about the issues that matter in their neighborhoods, and mobilize Pennsylvanians to vote in every election.
