We can't let the negative ads win.
John,
We're five days out from Election Day in Pennsylvania — and corporate-bought politicians funded by fracking executives, Republican donors, and even the friends of police are up to their old tactics. 🙃
Republicans and fracking interests are spending over $200,000 in just one week to attack my friend and candidate for Allegheny County Executive, Sara Innamorato, with negative, sexist TV ads.
Sound familiar? Dark money groups did the same to me last election cycle. Look, even the ads are practically identical:
Sara and I aren't intimidated by ads like these, but it's critical Sara has the resources to respond. That's why I'm urgently asking:
Will you split a $5 donation between our campaigns now to help Sara reach every last voter before Election Day and ensure the negative ads don't win?

This election will have real consequences for the future of Western Pennsylvania. Sara is running to become Allegheny County's first woman Executive to make UPMC pay their fair share, work to make our homes safe and affordable, and ensure we have access to clean air and clean water.
Like me, Sara believes in running people-powered campaigns. Last November, we proved the People have the power by joining together when I was faced with an onslaught of dark money attacks. Now, we need to pull together and do the same for Sara.
With Election Day quickly coming up on Tuesday, will you rush a split donation between Sara and me today to help elect Allegheny County's first woman Executive and advance our vision for a Western PA where everyone can thrive?
Thank you,
Summer
