Newsletter of the Goethe-Institut Washington

Dear Friends,

This Saturday, we'll be celebrating German-French friendship at La Maison Française for EU Open House! From 10:00am to 4:00pm, the Goethe-Institut Washington - in addition to the Embassy of Germany, the German School, and a number of other German organizations - will share an open house with France. Bring your family and stop by our booth, where you can learn more about German-language courses, upcoming events, and more.

If you don't have Mother's Day plans yet, consider seeing a jazz concert - on Sunday at 2:00pm, the Jazz@Goethe series continues with Sequoia "REDWOOD" Snyder, accompanied by Jeremiah Edwards and Ekep Nkwelle.

Beginning May 11, our friends at JxJ will host their annual film and music festivals, featuring film screenings and concerts throughout DC and the DMV. Scroll further to learn more about featured German-language selections and German coproductions you can't miss!
