GOPAC Chairman David Avella announces Lavin Gartland as Chief of Staff
GOPAC Chairman David Avella today issued the following statement:
"The GOPAC network, which is comprised of GOPAC Inc and its allied organizations, is expanding to meet the increasing impact achieved through tremendous financial and programmatic growth. Accordingly, I am pleased to announce that Lavin Gartland has been selected to serve as Chief of Staff. She will organize the planning and management of all personnel, administrative, financial and operational activities.
Lavin's career supporting Republican leaders started in 1992 working for Newt Gingrich on his election campaign and was followed by working in his official office in 1993. Her background includes working for President George W. Bush, Georgia Governors Nathan Deal and Brian Kemp, Vice President Mike Pence, and the Heritage Foundation.
Lavin has an impressive understanding of the important role GOPAC has had over the last four decades. She is motivated to be part of the GOPAC team that educates and elects Republican leaders.
In addition, I appreciate the support of the search committee in this process. On behalf of the entire Board of Directors, we look forward to Lavin's involvement to help expand the GOPAC network's impact"
