Fellow conservative, April was a busy month in the fight for women’s sports. Here’s where we are now.
FIRST, Heritage Action had the Protection of Women and Sports Act on our legislative scorecard and played a critical role in supporting the House passage of it in April.
THEN, Biden threatened to veto if it reaches his desk. In addition, he proposed a new rule through the Department of Education that requires schools to allow males who self-identify as female to compete on female teams.
NOW, we’ve launched a public comment campaign until May 15th against this disastrous rule by the Biden Administration.
But campaigns like these depend on grassroots supporters like YOU continuing to support and fund our efforts. Fellow conservative, will you help us continue efforts by rushing a critical deadline donation by May 15th?
Fellow conservative, this new Biden rule is a direct attack on women’s sports. Biden’s regulation creates an almost unachievable hurdle—for every women’s sport–every school will be forced to demonstrate the risk of a “sports-related injury” to females to prevent the participation of a male on a female team.
The cost of this regulation is immeasurable–it will…
- Destroy fairness
- Erase protected spaces
- Threaten women’s safety and privacy
