The reality is that these bills create victims.

- A women’s shelter that was threatened with closure if it didn’t allow men to sleep three feet away from women who have been trafficked and abused
- A foster-care provider forced to stop serving kids in need because of its commitment to placing children in homes with a mother and father
And yet, some groups continue to promote these bad bills that, if enacted, would create even more victims like these. |
