For decades, the Far Right has made it their quest to secure and maintain an ultra-conservative stronghold on the federal judiciary to advance their extreme agenda. They’ve stacked our courts with judges who are only interested in protecting the wealthy and powerful — not us.
It’s time to take back our courts. To do that, we must ensure that the Senate confirms fair-minded judges who will hold abusive law enforcement officials accountable, protect our right to vote, and defend our reproductive rights.

Nancy Abudu is the Deputy Legal Director at the Southern Poverty Law Center. She has dedicated her entire career to defending people’s basic rights and ensuring that no one is deprived of the protections guaranteed to us by the law. Julie Rikelman is the Litigation Director for the Center for Reproductive Rights. She argued before the Supreme Court to protect abortion rights in the Dobbs case last year. We are proud to support fair-minded judges who are committed to civil rights. Each of their confirmations will make a difference in the lives of people throughout America and in the fight to strengthen our democracy—but it's going to take all of us working together to make sure this happens.
