John, the debt ceiling has to be raised any day now – and it absolutely cannot happen without being tied to spending reforms.

I want to make sure we’re on the same page.

John, do you agree that spending cuts and budget reforms must be included in anything Congress does to raise the debt ceiling?

YES
NO

Out of control spending and misplaced priorities are how we got into this mess in the first place.

Since Joe Biden was elected, trillions of dollars have been added to the debt at the fastest pace in history.

It’s time for Congress to stop him from spending trillions more and bankrupting America.

John, CAGW has led been leading the fight to tie spending cuts to any increase in the debt ceiling for decades.

We were glad to see that the House of Representatives passed a debt ceiling increase that includes spending cuts and caps on future spending.

They forced Joe Biden to the bargaining table, and now we must keep fighting while they negotiate a final deal to make sure we win this battle.

Because if the debt ceiling is raised without putting substantial budget restraint and reforms in place, it will be a disaster for our economy and our way of life.

But I want to hear from you.

So please vote YES or NO and let us know where you stand ahead of these critical negotiations so we can make sure that spending cuts are tied to any debt ceiling increase.

Sincerely,

Tom Schatz
