These comments are very rich from someone who not long ago bragged about Chicago becoming a “Sanctuary City.”
This is what happens when our leaders enable rule-breaking and lawlessness. And if you can’t take a dose of your own medicine, then you certainly shouldn’t be dishing it out to others.
Our leaders have an obligation to uphold our laws and protect the American people. With the recent influx of undocumented immigrants crossing our southern border and with crime syndicates and drug smugglers taking advantage of the situation, we MUST elect leaders who will stand firm against this threat.
Illinois Republicans are united in our efforts to stop illegal immigration. Our communities deserve to live in safety and security.
