Dear John,

A little while ago,

USA Today

named State Representative Leigh Finke (DFL-St. Paul) as its

Woman of the Year for Minnesota

. That’s quite an honor!

There’s just one problem, John - Leigh Finke is a man

Honoring a man for posing as a woman is an insult to women. It’s also a lie to this man – who will never be a woman, never truly resemble a woman, and always be at war with his own body and biology as long as he pretends to be a woman.

We are battling this radical, extreme ideology in the political, policy, and cultural arenas, and we need your help – please DONATE TODAY to help us reach our goal for May!

This is where the battle is being fought in our culture right now - progressives are fighting to normalize and celebrate the rejection of God’s good design for gender and sexuality. It’s a battle that affects our children, our future, and not least, the lives of those who embrace this lifestyle that leads to emptiness. It’s a battle between those who will acknowledge reality (that men are men, and women are women - no ifs, no ands, no buts), and those who will deny reality, with devastating and far-reaching consequences.

Sadly, after this legislative session, much more work is done in Minnesota to fight the lie. Representative Finke himself has attempted to move the needle in the wrong direction, with bills that would put children in state custody if their parents refused to provide harmful “gender-affirming care” (passed and signed into law), as well as a bill that would decriminalize knowingly spreading HIV (did not pass).

Much more work needs to be done to reverse these bad policies and turn this state around.

Much more work needs to be done to elect officials who recognize God’s Design – both in next year’s primaries and general elections.

And, more work needs to be done to protect children, point people to Truth, and celebrate God’s Design in the Church and in our culture.

We are $6,543 away from meeting our May goal, and we need your help as we turn the corner from the legislative session and build an agenda to transform Minnesota into a state that honors God and His design for our lives. Please consider a $25, $50, $100 gift – or whatever the Lord is leading you to do – TODAY!

Minnesota Family Council is committed to a big, bold agenda for our state, and we are committed to victory - we’re even more committed after the events of this legislative season. We know that victory, however, will take significant resources as we work to take back our state.

Your support helps us fight for God’s Design across the political, policy, and culture arenas. You can make a tax-deductible gift

John, this is your chance to be part of the movement that will take back Minnesota for the Gospel, protecting children at every stage of life, and protecting God’s Design.

Will you take it?

Please pray with me, John, and ask the Lord if He would have you support this ministry financially. Your gift of $25, $50, $100, or even more as God leads, would be a huge blessing to our ministry and an enormous help in this battle.

Praying with you,

John Helmberger, CEO
