I have some concerning news: In case you missed it early last week, Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson announced that he is now vying for the Governor's seat of Washington State. Having a 'Governor Ferguson' as the leader of our state would be dangerous for our residents and our future - we must do everything we can to stop him and his radical agenda before he can further destroy our state.
 

Ferguson has a track record of undermining our constitutional rights, disregarding the will of voters, and manipulating the justice system for his own partisan agenda.
 

Ferguson's track record includes proposing and lobbying for HB 1333, a bill which disturbingly threatens to criminalize thought and expression. Not only has he attacked the first amendment, but he is a key leader that is fighting against our second amendment rights as well. He has also shown a blatant disregard for voters' will, as seen in his sabotage of the $30 car tabs initiative. Moreover, his office has been sanctioned multiple times for withholding critical documents in court cases, demonstrating an alarming pattern of manipulative legal tactics.

These actions pose a severe threat to our democratic rights and the future of our state. We need your support now more than ever to counteract such dangerous leadership.
