On Thursday, May 11, the Morris County Young Democrats are hosting a Happy Hour and meeting at the Famished Frog in Morristown.They’re buying food and the first drink for all attendees! Moms Demand Action is Calling |
With mass shootings at a horrifying record pace this year, Moms Demand Action is saying forget the flowers and cards, we want change! They have issued a nationwide call for protests on Mother’s Day Weekend asking Congress to reinstate the ban on assault weapons. We are listening to the Moms! Join us for sign-making and a march to a Moms rally in Morristown on Saturday, May 13. Meet at Morris County Democratic headquarters (11 Washington St., Morristown) at 9:30 a.m. to make signs. Then at 10:30 a.m., we’ll walk together in solidarity over to the Morristown Town Hall, 200 South St., for the 11 a.m., rally organized by Moms Demand Action.

Raise a glass to our 2023 women candidates! The Morris County Democratic Women’s Caucus is gathering on Sunday, May 21, at 3 p.m., for Rose All Day, to uncork their summer fundraising series. This outdoor event will be held at a lovely Madison home. Proceeds benefit members running for office in 2023. RSVP for your rose! |
