Marion, Massachusetts — Following threats of legal action against a proposed menthol ban in 2017, the Board of Health voted to amend an ordinance to restrict the sale of flavored tobacco products, with the exception of menthol and wintergreen (adult-only stores are exempt). The board plans to revisit the matter to potentially include menthol and wintergreen in the ban.
