I’m writing you to tell you about a contentious school board meeting in California that went well past midnight.
And John, when you hear what happened at that meeting, I think you’re going to be as fired up as I am, and ready to take action.
Because your support is the reason we’ve been able to score so many victories for free speech and religious freedom, including three Supreme Court victories.
And when you hear this infuriating update from one of our latest cases, I think you’ll understand why we need your continued support today.
As you might recall, Aurora Regino’s daughter was 11-years-old when a leftist guidance counselor coaxed her into believing she was “transgender” and really a “boy” not a girl.
It took just minutes for this radical guidance counselor to assign Aurora’s daughter a new “boy” name and new “he/him” pronouns. And everyone at school had to go along with it.
But when Aurora’s daughter wanted to talk to her mom about all this, the radicals at school discouraged her from doing so.
That’s right -- they intentionally hid their sick brainwashing from Aurora!
Because making parents the enemy -- making parents the danger -- is exactly how these leftist radicals hijack your children.
And how they get away with it will make your blood boil.
The California Department of Education adopted guidelines that PROHIBIT schools from notifying parents of gender “transitions” until the student decides its ok.
We’re talking about kids who can’t to buy a ticket for a PG-13 movie -- who are being coerced into making life-altering decisions about their sexuality and gender without their parents!
And make no mistake, this isn’t just happening in ultra-liberal California. School districts across the nation are adopting “DON’T TELL MOM” guidelines of their own.
Of course, that’s why we filed a landmark lawsuit against the Chico Unified School District.
These sick activist teachers, administrators, and school districts with their unconstitutional “DON’T TELL MOM” guidelines must be stopped.
John, PARENTS have a fundamental right under the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution to direct the upbringing of their children.
And as long as I’m on the case, no California Dept. of Ed “guideline” is going to change that!
It’s time to send these radicals the message that if they mess with your children, we’ll see them in court!
But John, here’s the infuriating update on this case...
The radicals at Chico Unified School District just held a school board meeting. Aurora Regino was brave enough to get up and share her harrowing story of saving her daughter from being socially “transitioned” so other parents could be warned.
And then one radical after another took to the podium to trash parents like Aurora who refuse to go along with their twisted transgender ideology.
And then the school board voted 3-2 to keep its “Don’t Tell Mom” policy in place!
Knowing that we’re suing them and that it will cost them hundreds of thousands to fight us...
They still DOUBLED DOWN on their unconstitutional and immoral policy to transition vulnerable children behind parents’ backs!
John, that means we need to DOUBLE DOWN as well.
Make no mistake, if the radicals win here, schools all across the nation will have a green light to indoctrinate children...
...to encourage them to reject their parents’ values, embrace the Left’s radical propaganda -- and keep it all secret from parents.
John, our lawsuit is the key to empowering parents and giving them back control over their children’s education and their upbringing.
And when we win here Aurora’s case serves as a blueprint for cases all across the nation -- maybe even in your grandchildren’s school district.
We MUST win this case.
Or radical school bureaucrats will have more power over children than their own parents -- for generations to come!
