John,
It’s Isa from Abigail’s campaign team.
I wanted to pass along a message from Abigail about her work to ban stock trading by Members of Congress in case you missed it.
Abigail’s common sense reform is gaining momentum, and she already has broad bipartisan support. To see it become law though, she needs your support to continue serving our community.
Will you contribute to our campaign today so she can complete her important mission?

John,
From my first day in office, I’ve been driven to deliver results for our community and nation. I believe it is a representative’s duty to look out for their constituents, not their own interests.
While that may seem obvious, it’s not always clear.
To support transparency and promote accountability in Congress, I introduced a bill to ban Members of Congress, their spouses, and dependent children from trading individual stocks. No one should use their position to look after their financial portfolios instead of their constituents.
My common sense reform is gaining popularity every day, and a majority of Americans from both parties support it. I’m eager to push it across the finish line, but I need support from people like you to ensure I can continue advocating for important issues like this in Congress. Will you please contribute to my campaign today to support my important work?

Grateful for your support,
Abigail
