It was a pleasure to catch up with my friend Anthony Scaramucci on his podcast, where we discussed the urban crisis that is currently facing our cities.

Cities are delicate creatures and they are either growing or dying. They can tip at any point. Now, crime and homelessness are increasing and pandemic-triggered remote work is not going away, making people more mobile and more selective about where they live than ever before. This problem is going to require leadership and vision to solve.
