The sight of anti-monarchy protestors arrested over the weekend was chilling.

Legislation hurriedly introduced to prevent climate protestors from causing disruption was used to silence people carrying placards in support of an elected head of state.  

The Green Party has vigorously opposed the Public Order Act from the outset and, unlike Labour, will fight for its repeal
