Jack — A federal judge in Texas issued a ruling that tried to end access to mifepristone, the most commonly used abortion medicine. The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals largely approved, but the Supreme Court stepped in to allow this safe abortion pill to remain accessible for now. But this fight is not over, and access to medication abortion nationwide remains at risk.
This lawsuit was brought by an anti-abortion group that challenged the Federal Drug Administration’s (FDA) approval of mifepristone, one of two pills commonly used in medication abortions. Mifepristone is safe, was approved more than 20 years ago and has been used effectively by millions of people. The lawsuit is completely without merit, and the courts should reject any effort to insert personal and political grievances into the FDA approval process to further restrict abortion.
It's time for our leaders to hear us, loud and clear: The attack on mifepristone is a gross injustice that could harm millions of people, and we won’t back down. Sign and speak out now — add your name to Planned Parenthood Action Fund's petition NOW. >>.

The lower courts’ rulings in this case make it clear that access to sexual and reproductive health remains at risk.
We knew that anti-abortion advocates and politicians wouldn’t stop at overturning Roe v. Wade, but neither will we. We will fight to protect access to medication abortion.
Planned Parenthood Action Fund is doing everything we can to restore our rights, but we can’t do it without you.
Sign the petition now to help fight these attacks on our bodies, our lives, and our futures. >>
