The
Red Hill crisis in Hawaii is a ticking time bomb, threatening the
safety of our drinking water. As a GOP Senate Candidate from
Hawaii, I
am urging you to take immediate action to help protect our
state.
The U.S. Navy has ADMITTED to over 30,000 gallons of fuel
leaking from its Red Hill storage tanks, which sit
just 100 feet above a major aquifer that provides drinking water to
over 400,000 people on Oahu. This
is an urgent situation that demands immediate
attention.
As Ronald Reagan famously said, "The nine most terrifying words
in the English language are: I'm from the Government and I'm here to
help." But in this case, we need the government to step in and
take action to protect our water supply.
That's where you come in. I
am calling on you to pledge your support immediately to help protect
Hawaii's drinking water. We need your help to pressure
our government officials to take immediate action to address this
crisis.
