Camp BLUE is Coming!
June 26-30 will kick off our summer session of Camp BLUE (Building. Learning. Understanding. Empowering.), where we will welcome over 30 children to this exciting, interactive, day-camp.

Camp BLUE was developed to further support current Alliance For Children kids who have recently completed or almost completed their counseling journey, to enjoy the simplicities of childhood. The week is full of fun adventures that they otherwise may not have had an opportunity to experience. Through field trips, interactive games, and dynamic presentations, children expand their worldview and are given tools that promote positive well-being and self-esteem.

Past camps have included visits from area police and firefighters, participation in team building activities, yoga sessions, arts and crafts, and fieldtrips to places like iFly, local aquariums, and adventure parks.

Like all of our services, the events and activities provided at Camp BLUE are free to our families thanks to the generosity of the community.

A Fresh Look for A New Space
Spring has sprung at our Fort Worth center thanks to Park Place Dealerships of Fort Worth and Arlington! They came together to freshen up our new green space!

Not only did they get their hands dirty (literally!) with planting, but they also assembled some picnic tables so we can enjoy the outdoors, and donated a chimenea too!

April Made a Splash!

Just like the unpredictable weather of North Texas, April kept Alliance For Children on our toes!

As we recognized child abuse prevention month, our staff, partners, and many Board of Director members attended proclamations where cities throughout Tarrant County publicly recognized the importance of our work for the greater community.

A very special thanks to Bahama Buck's 7th Street & Mansfield locations, and Buttermilk Sky Pies in Arlington, for hosting give back events that raised over $3,200 in just a few short weeks! Thanks to all who participated and supported our kids' healing in the process!
