Reuters: Israel Kills Three Islamic Jihad Chiefs, 10 Civilians In Gaza
“Israel killed three Islamic Jihad commanders and 10 civilians in surprise airstrikes in Gaza on Tuesday, Palestinian officials said, drawing threats of reprisals from the faction and censure from Egypt, which has mediated past ceasefires in the enclave. Signalling it anticipated an imminent flare-up, Israel closed roads in Israeli towns near Gaza, instructed residents there to keep close to bomb shelters, and said it was calling up some military reservists. Images on social media showed Iron Dome rocket interceptor batteries being trucked to the front. The scope of any escalation could hinge on whether Gaza's ruling Hamas militants take part, as they did in a 2021 war.”
Fox News: At Least 20 Bodies Found In Congo Mass Grave, ISIS-linked Rebels Suspected
“The remains of at least 20 people were found buried in a mass grave in an area used to cultivate cacao in Ndoma village in Congo's North Kivu province this weekend, according to local authorities and a military spokesperson. A team of forensic and security officers exhumed the bodies after residents of villages in Beni territory found bones and clothing and alerted officials. Until earlier this year, the area had been under the control of the Allied Democratic Forces, or ADF, a rebel militia with links to the Islamic State group. The area is now controlled by the Congolese army. Muyisa Kambale Sindani, representative of nearby Kilya village, said Saturday that the remains were reburied ‘with dignity and security.’ He confirmed that bones of at least 20 people were found, but that it wasn't possible to search further because of a lack of security in the region. It wasn't immediately clear how long the bodies had been there.”

“Turkish security forces eliminated a PKK/KCK terrorist, who was designing and building drones for the terrorist group, during a cross-border operation in northern Iraq’s Gara region. The National Intelligence Organization (MIT) on Tuesday said it eliminated a top member of the PKK/KCK terrorist group in northern Iraq’s Gara region in a cross-border intelligence operation. Tekin Okan, code-named ‘Deniz Bahri,’ served as the so-called chief of the terrorist group’s special air forces unit and was working to develop aircraft to be used against Türkiye, the agency said. After joining the PKK/KCK’s rural cadres in 2010, the terrorist moved into northern Iraq where he began designing and manufacturing drones.”

“Israel’s Foreign Ministry revealed on Monday that Hezbollah has in the past year constructed no fewer than 27 military posts along the Blue Line, a demarcation separating Israel and Lebanon. The posts were built under the guise of Green without Borders, a Hezbollah-affiliated organization that poses as an environmental NGO. Hezbollah launched the project in parallel to Israel’s construction of a fortified perimeter fence along the 140-kilometer border. According to United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701, which ended the 2006 Second Lebanon War, the terrorist group is forbidden from operating near the frontier.”

The Jerusalem Post: Aspiring Jerusalem Terrorist Indicted For Temple Mount Riots
“A Jerusalem man planning a terrorist attack was indicted for the plot and taking part in Temple Mount riots during Ramadan, the Jerusalem District Attorney's Office announced on Monday. Sari Halek, 19, had allegedly planned with a friend to carry out a terrorist attack near the Beit Hanina neighborhood. The two decided to throw Molotov cocktails at a car with Jewish occupants, and then to shoot them once they fled the vehicle. According to the indictment, Halek and his friend were to split the cost of a NIS 60,000 pistol. The suspect had previously attempted to procure two grenades from an acquaintance but wasn't able to secure the explosives.”
Jewish News Syndicate: Terrorists Fire At Hometown Of Jewish Man Accused Of Killing Arab Israeli
“Palestinian terrorists on Sunday fired in the direction of the northern Israeli town of Gan Ner following a roadside dispute the previous day in which a Jewish resident of the town shot and killed an Arab Israeli. The Jenin wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad claimed responsibility for the attack, releasing a video purportedly showing the town from a distance before gunshots are heard as ominous music is played in the background. No casualties or damage were reported. PIJ has condemned the killing of 19-year-old Diar Umari, from the Arab village of Sandala, near Gan Ner, as a ‘heinous crime.’ The suspect, Dennis Mokin, 32, is accused of shooting and killing Umari during a fight on the side of a road in the north of the country. Hamas also expressed outrage at the killing of Umari, saying that Palestinians would ‘escalate their resistance’ and that the murder would not pass ‘without a response.’”

“No fewer than nine children and grandchildren of the Emir of Kagarko in southern part of Kaduna State, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar, and three others in the town have been abducted. It was learnt that the terrorists locally dubbed as bandits stormed the palace around 11:15pm and headed directly to the Emir’s residence. A resident who spoke with Daily Trust noted that the gunmen also killed one herdsman in Kuchimi village and looted seven shops in Janjala village on their way back, He said; ‘They took away his youngest wife, nine children and grandchildren but the wife escaped and returned back home.’ ‘The gunmen also took three other persons, including a lady and injured one Audu Kwakulu of Ungwan Pah who is now at hospital receiving treatment.’”

“Ali Jeyte Osman, the firebrand governor of the troubled Hiiraan region, has imposed sanctions on Al-Shabaab-controlled territories, with Somalia preparing to embark on the second phase of a crackdown against the militants who have been wreaking havoc in the Horn of Africa nation. The governor targeted areas along the Shabelle River just between Beledweyne and Buulaburte in the Hiraan region. Al-Shabaab militants have been fighting to topple the fragile UN-backed federal government of Somalia for the last 16 years but they are yet to succeed due to a strong military presence. In his statement on Sunday, Governor Jeyte who has often joined fighters in the battlefield, said vehicles carrying food or fuel will not be allowed to drive to Buulaburte or Beledweyne until normalcy has been restored in the region. This is the first time such an order is been issued by a senior government official.”

Anadolu Agency: Somalia, Uganda Thwart Terror Attacks In Their Capitals
“Somali and Uganda on Monday said that the security forces of the East African nations have thwarted terror attacks in their capital cities. Forces of Somalia’s National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) averted a planned al-Shabaab terrorist group attack on Mogadishu’s peace garden park, a popular spot near Somalia’s presidential palace, the country’s Information Ministry said. During the operation, the intelligence officers seized suicide vests and an auto rickshaw intended for use in the attack, according to the ministry. In Uganda, six suspects were arrested by security operatives for allegedly being in possession of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) intended for use during anti-government protests in the capital Kampala. According to Maj. Charles Kabona, a spokesperson for Uganda People's Defense Force, joint operations were conducted Monday morning acting on a tip. The planned nationwide demonstrations were called for by the Uganda Freedom Activists group to protest economic hardships and corruption in the country.”

AFP News: German Neo-Nazi Jailed For Plotting Racist Attacks
“A 21-year-old German man was found guilty on Monday of attempting to form a neo-Nazi terrorist group inspired by the US-based Atomwaffen Division and planning attacks with guns and explosives. The young man, named as Marvin E., was sentenced to three years and ten months in jail, the higher regional court in Frankfurt said in a statement.
Marvin E. had taken steps to found a branch of Atomwaffen Division, known for its racist and anti-Semitic ideology, in the German state of Hesse, the court said. ‘He had completely adopted their ideology and had decided... to found an independent group with the name 'Atomwaffen Division Hesse', based on their ideological model,’ it said.
The purpose of the group would have been to carry out attacks on politicians, Jews and migrants, according to the court.”
