Gerrymandering allows Republicans to ignore what voters want and pass their far-right agenda instead. By manipulating maps, GOP politicians can virtually guarantee that they’ll win a majority of power, even if they only earn a minority of votes.

According to POLITICO, Republicans’ plan to expand their House majority in 2024 includes “ambitious gerrymandering.” The GOP is desperate to hold elections on manipulated maps so they can implement even more of their extreme agenda. That means we must stay engaged.
