This week is a critical week for the two potentially most important pieces of legislation the 118th Congress will face: The Limit, Save, Grow Act and the Secure the Border Act. In both cases, Conservatives on the Hill need your support!

Limit, Save, Grow - Tomorrow Speaker Kevin McCarthy will meet with President Biden at the White House to talk about debt ceiling and spending levels. The center of this meeting will be the House Republicans Limit, Save, Grow Act.

House Republicans are the only ones putting forth solutions; they passed the Limit, Save, Grow Act which would not only address the debt ceiling but more importantly, address the root problem: runaway spending.

Soon, The Senate will take up the Limit, Save, Grow Act. Currently there are 43 Senate Republicans who have signed a letter stating that they will not raise the debt ceiling without making spending cuts and/or reforms.

The Secure the Border Act (H.R. 2) - Last week, Heritage Action signed a coalition letter along with other prominent conservative groups in support of The Secure the Border Act, calling it “the strongest border security and enforcement legislation put forth to date…”

This week, as Title 42 is set to expire, the Secure our Border Act will receive a vote on the floor of the House of Representatives. The American public can no longer tolerate the flood of illegal immigrants, drugs, and humanitarian crises at the southern border.
