DCAF is a small, community-run organization that pays for the abortion care of people living in or traveling to the Washington D.C. area. They don’t have eligibility requirements or restrictions. If you are having your abortion in the DC metro region, they will pay for your care.

DCAF was created because abortion was not accessible or affordable for so many in this country, even with Roe intact. Now with Roe overturned, even more people are having to scramble to access abortion care. Callers now have to travel hundreds or thousands of miles for care at any stage of pregnancy.
