OLYMPIA, WA ??In March 2023, Dr. Steven Pugh (License #00039278) entered into an agreed order indefinitely suspending his Washington State medical license.

Dr. Pugh continued to practice medicine despite a voluntary monitoring agreement which stated he was unable to practice with reasonable skill and safety. The agreed order sets forth several criteria Dr.?Pugh must complete [ [link removed] ]?therefore duration of the agreed order is undetermined.
