Thurston County Physician Surrenders License

OLYMPIA, WA ? ?In April 2023, the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) accepted the voluntary surrender of medical license from physician Julia Richards (License #00031855) as part of an informal disposition.

Dr. Richards failed to ascertain the position of a fetus via imaging prior to an induction. She has since retired from practicing medicine.

Dr. Richards?may not renew, reactivate, or practice as a retired active physician in Washington.
