I honestly can't believe it.
This morning, our anti-choice opponent said he thinks Indianapolis police should be able to investigate women and their doctors for deeply personal reproductive decisions.
Previously, the Republican running against Mayor Joe has said he wants to get elected to "protect the unborn," but this morning's news still shocked me.
Last year, Republicans in the state legislature adopted one of the strictest bans on reproductive healthcare in the country. In response, the Marion County Prosecutor said he wouldn't pursue these horrific charges.
Now, the Republican mayoral nominee wants to be in charge of the police department that would investigate these charges.
Indianapolis can't afford to let this Republican mega-donor move his conservative social agenda into the Mayor's Office. Will you rush a donation of any amount to help us build a coalition to defeat our anti-choice opponent? [[link removed]]
