This three-part series provides insights and strategies for BIPOC-led CDFIs to overcome financial constraints and build long-term financial and programmatic planning.
Today's webinar, “ Understanding the Ecosystem: Strategies for Long-Term Financial and Programmatic Planning for CDFIs, [[link removed]]” will explore how BIPOC-led CDFIs can take a holistic approach when referring resources and providing technical assistance (TA). Our session will examine what a comprehensive approach to TA entails, including the need to outsource certain services. We'll also discuss how to address funding challenges in providing critical services that promote cultural competency when working with communities of color.
