OVC seeks to hire two experienced grants management professionals for full-time positions distributed among the following OVC divisions: State Victim Resource Division, Tribal Division, Human Trafficking Division, and Discretionary Programs Division.
Among other duties, the selected candidates will?
- serve as a technical expert in grants and/or cooperative agreement management processes;
- serve as a liaison to OVC stakeholders in the area of grant management;
- perform a variety of pre-award functions for grants and/or cooperative agreements, including designing, developing, and/or preparing solicitations;
- oversee programs or grants related to crime victims' rights and services with full responsibility for carrying out all required monitoring and management duties;
- serve on technical review panels as an expert in the review and evaluation of grant and/or contract proposals; and
- plan and manage special projects for OVC or program issues with broad impact, such as those on an OVC or nationwide level that ultimately result in advances for the crime victims' field.
