John,

Time is running out to stop Bill SB 239 in Nevada, which would legalize assisted suicide in the state.

This dangerous bill puts the most vulnerable members of our society at risk, including the elderly, sick, and disabled people. We cannot let this happen.

Barbara Wagner's story from Oregon, where Asisted Suicide has been legalized for over 25 years, is an example of the devastating effects of this policy.

She was denied coverage for a cancer treatment that had measurable success in prolonging life and easing cancer-attendant pain.

The denial letter from the Oregon State Health Plan stated it would not cover that medication, but it would cover end-of-life care including “physician aid-in-dying.”

Barbara was told that they wouldn't pay to help her live, but they would gladly pay for her to die.

Doctors and hospitals are doing the opposite of what they are supposed to do, driven by greed for cost-cutting profits instead of a desire to heal.

We need to stand together and say that every human life is valuable and deserves the utmost care and attention.

We need your signature and your support to protect the rights of terminally ill patients and promote a society that values every human life. We have to act now before it's too late.

Sign to Stop the Suicide Pill!

Dear John,

We need your help.

Nevada is on the verge of legalizing a Suicide Pill that will bring new dangers to the elderly, the sick, and the disabled people in the State.

Bill SB 239 is dangerous, promoting discrimination against the most vulnerable members of our society and, most importantly, threatening the sanctity of human life.

It's a heartbreaking reality that those who deserve love and care would be enabled and encouraged by their doctors to give up on life.

We need your signature on our petition to urge Republican Governor Joe Lombardo to reject Bill SB 239 and the Suicide Pill. Your signature matters and it could make a difference in stopping this bill from becoming law. Click here to sign.

Eight States have already legalized the Suicide Pill, and it's spreading faster than ever.

It could come to your state next, and its supporters want to make it nationwide.

That’s why we need every American citizen to sign this petition to reject the Suicide Pill.

Under the terms of the legislation, licensed medical practitioners could prescribe lethal drugs to willing Nevada residents 18 years of age and older with less than six months to live.

This means terminally ill patients will be given access to medication designed to end their lives.

But it doesn’t stop there – all we need do is look at Canada to see the ultimate plan for assisted suicide.  Canada already performs assisted suicide nationwide, and is now on the verge of authorizing doctor-assisted suicide for people suffering from depression or personality disorders.

The Suicide Pill does not seek a better life condition for the person. It seeks to eliminate them just because they are seen as a burden, nothing more.

That couldn’t be more wrong!

Just because someone is mentally ill, needy, or hurting does not mean that their life is worthless and that suicide is a viable option.

This legislation creates a system that preys upon the weak, elderly, and mentally compromised and perpetuates the lie that suicide is a good alternative to pain, and Americans need to stand in the way and say “NO.”

Join us in opposing the Suicide Pill in Nevada. It’s time to show our support to terminally ill patients and promote a society that values every human life, so please click here to sign the petition.

By opposing this bill, we are stopping the tide of the callous culture of death we can already see sweeping across Canada and protecting the rights of the elderly, sick, and disabled.

We need to show our support to the people that the culture of death wants to hurry to their graves, to let them know that they are not a burden to society and that we will fight for them.

Bill SB 239, which would legalize physician-assisted suicide in Nevada, has already passed the State Senate and is currently in committee at the Assembly. I am worried it will soon go to the governor's desk, which means we only have a few days left to stop it.

Please sign our petition today to protect the rights of terminally ill patients and promote a society that values every human life. Sign now to urge the governor of Nevada to reject Bill SB 239.

Thank you for taking action.
