Last night’s State of the Union reaffirmed what we already knew: The state of Trump’s Iran policy is a disaster. Donald Trump has brought us to the brink of a full-blown regional war, so Congress needs to step in and pull the reins on Trump before it’s too late.

Senator Tim Kaine’s war powers resolution may receive a vote in the Senate next week. This resolution would reaffirm that Congress has not given Trump or his war hawks in the White House the authority to launch a war with Iran. It’s going to be a tight vote, so we’re going to need your help to secure a victory.
