Did you see the news, John? After he fell only six percentage points short of winning the New York Governor's race last cycle, right-wing extremist Lee Zeldin just announced that he's "keeping an eye" on a run to defeat me here in New York.

New York was the only state hit by a true red wave in 2022, and it helped flip the House majority for Kevin McCarthy. Now, it's clear that the GOP is targeting my seat to flip the Senate next.

In fact, MAGA Republicans just launched a brand-new "battleground fund" dedicated to winning even more even more seats in New York for the GOP. And with our narrow Democratic Senate majority hanging on by a thread, the fact of the matter is that we have zero room for error.

That's why this is so concerning: My team set a crucial $50,000 rapid-response goal to make sure we have enough resources to fight back against the GOP's attacks. But with time running out before our midnight deadline, we're currently on track to fall short.
