• Clarifying the fiduciary duty of asset managers.
• Forcing financial institutions to prioritize financial criteria over a political agenda.
• Divesting from pro-ESG asset managers like BlackRock.

These states completely debunk the Left's narrative that conservative efforts to protect their investments and citizens from ESG have been unsuccessful.
