America is facing an unprecedented crisis of illegal immigration due to President Biden’s open border policies and failure to enforce our country’s immigration laws with potentially catastrophic consequences to our national security. In addition to human trafficking, child labor abuses, drug cartels and a fentanyl crisis leading to unprecedented numbers of American deaths, Customs and Border Control have disclosed a frightening number of migrants on the FBI’s terror watch list that have been caught at the southern border – what they haven’t revealed is how many terrorists may have slipped into the country of which we are not aware. Join us for an important and insightful discussion with expert Todd Bensman on the dangers and vulnerabilities to our country’s national security as a result of the Biden administration’s failure to enforce our immigration laws and secure our border and what we can expect once Title 42 is lifted on May 11.

About the Speaker: Todd Bensman, a two-time National Press Club award winner, currently serves as the Texas-based Senior National Security Fellow for the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) ([link removed]) , a Washington, D.C. policy institute for which he writes, speaks, and grants media interviews about the nexus between immigration and national security. He frequently reports from the southern border, in Mexico and in Latin America. He has testified before Congress as an expert witness and regularly appears on radio and television outlets to discuss illegal immigration and border security matters. Separately, he writes about homeland security and terrorism subjects for Newsweek Magazine ([link removed]) , Homeland Security Today ([link removed]) , The New York Post ([link removed]) , Townhall,
([link removed]) The Federalist, ([link removed]) the Investigative Project on Terrorism ([link removed]) , SpyTalk ([link removed]) , The Daily Wire ([link removed]) , The National Pulse ([link removed]) , The National Interest ([link removed]) , and other publications. He is the author of two books: the 2023 book OVERRUN, How Joe Biden Unleashed the Greatest Border Crisis in U.S. History ([link removed]) , and also America’s Covert Border War: The Untold Story of the Nation’s Battle to Prevent Jihadist Infiltration
([link removed]) . For nearly a decade prior to joining CIS in August 2018, Bensman led counterterrorism intelligence for the Texas Department of Public Safety’s Intelligence and Counterterrorism Division and its multi-agency fusion center. Before his homeland security service, Bensman was a journalist for 23 years, covering national security after 9/11 as a staff writer for major newspapers.
