Fellow Conservative, at last night’s State of the Union address, the hyper-partisanship of Washington was on full display.
Liberals refused to stand or clap to celebrate our growing economy or our record low unemployment rates for African Americans and Hispanics. They wouldn’t even clap in recognition of a premature baby in attendance!
But perhaps the worst example of partisanship was when Speaker Pelosi TORE UP the president’s speech.

Fellow Conservative, this is about so much more than the torn paper or destroyed speech.
That Speaker Pelosi felt strongly enough to tear up those words says clearly that she does NOT stand for the success of this administration -- or the success of this nation. It is a refusal to acknowledge:
- One of our last surviving Tuskegee Airmen.
- The survival of a baby girl born at 21 weeks.
- The mourning families of Rocky Jones and Kayla Mueller.
- A soldier's reunion with his wife and child.
And more!
This is just another partisan sham from Pelosi and we don’t need ANY MORE of that in Washington.
The economy is growing. Unemployment is at a record low. And we’re calling on Speaker Pelosi to support and acknowledge the successes of the American people under President Trump.
