POLITICO: North Carolina Supreme Court clears way for partisan gerrymandering

Disastrous news out of North Carolina: the State Supreme Court has given Republicans the green light to pass gerrymandered maps.

The GOP-controlled court has changed course and reversed its own previous ruling against partisan gerrymandering – just months after a new conservative majority was installed.
