Jack –– The nonpartisan Cook Political Report just sent out their 2024 House ratings, and it shows signs that Democrats can retake the majority. 

They identified TEN GOP-seats that are now Lean-Democratic or Toss-Up. 

Arizona - 2 seats

California - 1 seat

New Jersey - 1 seat

New York - 5 seats

Oregon - 1 seat
