As you know: recent earthquakes in Türkiye and Syria have damaged or destroyed thousands of buildings, including hospitals and UNFPA-supported facilities.
The situation has created a devastating scenario for 270,000 pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and menstruating girls.
Despite the immense challenges, staff in Türkiye and Syria continue to provide critical care and support to impacted women and girls.
These brave heroes have been working nonstop for over two months now since the first earthquakes devastated this region. To thank them for their lifesaving work, we need to add 500 signatures to our card. Please sign on today to show your gratitude and support for the UNFPA staff risking their lives on the frontlines in Türkiye and Syria >>
UNFPA has been on the ground since day one, coordinating with partners to reestablish sexual and reproductive health and protection services in Türkiye and Syria.
Through clinics, mobile health teams, and safe spaces, UNFPA is reaching those displaced by the earthquakes with reproductive health care, violence prevention services, and mental health counseling.
Teams are also distributing lifesaving reproductive health supplies, equipment, and dignity and maternity kits to health facilities across the region to ensure access to reproductive health care for all women and girls who need it.
It only takes a moment to show your support, so please add your name to our card as a message of gratitude and solidarity for staff in Türkiye and Syria >>
Thank you for your continued support for those providing urgently needed services to women and girls in Türkiye, Syria, and around the world.
