I’m proud of the results I’ve helped deliver for you and your family, and I want you to know that it just does not happen without grassroots donations. But before I ask for your help, I want to share how your support of my campaign translates into meaningful change in Washington.

I feel lucky to have been leading on some of the most important and meaningful fights in the past few years. The gun safety bill, ending America’s involvement in the war in Yemen, and our legislation lowering drug prices — all of that was significant progress.

None of this gets across the finish line without you having my back. I was able to focus on negotiating important legislation and rallying the votes in the Senate because this team was behind me. Not only did you help keep pressure on my colleagues, but all of the small-dollar donations to my campaign meant that I didn’t have to worry about falling behind on our fundraising.

The truth is I consider myself really lucky among my colleagues. My time at fundraising events and on the phones is kept to a minimum because the response to emails like this one is generally amazing.

Your donations allow me to spend my time on the fights that matter most and the work you elected me to do. I am grateful for that. But now that I’m up for re-election again, I need more support than ever.
