It’s been a great week traveling around New Hampshire, meeting with Granite Staters to talk about how we can expand rural broadband, strengthen our workforce, lower health care costs, build more affordable housing, and celebrate the creativity of New Hampshire’s talented young artists!

Thank you to all the students who submitted their work this year.

I’m honored to announce this year’s Congressional Art Competition winner for New Hampshire's Second District, Qingning Wang, from Bishop Guertin High School in Nashua!

Her piece, “Kalopsia,” will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol building for one year.

I want to thank each and every student who devoted their time and energy to creating something beautiful and unique and for their willingness to share their creativity with us all!

Strengthening Our Health Care System

This expansion will help ensure families can access care when they need it.

Dartmouth Health is a national leader in providing quality health care to patients.

This week, I toured their new Patient Pavilion, which will build on their network to help more families access life-saving care in Lebanon.

The 64-bed, state-of-the-art addition will help meet growing demands and improve the patient experience.

Expanding Broadband Access and Affordability

I’ll keep working to ensure Granite Staters have the resources to stay connected.

From small businesses operating online to patients using telehealth, families across New Hampshire increasingly rely on broadband in their daily lives.

The Bipartisan Infrastructure Package set our country on a path to closing the digital divide, but our work is not done.

Thank you to the local leaders who joined me this week for a roundtable discussion on how we can work together to ensure every Granite Stater can access and afford high-speed internet.

Building An Affordable Housing Future

The team at Twin Pines Housing is doing incredible work.

Affordable housing is critical to a healthy economy and a thriving workforce — but safe, quality housing is out of reach for too many.

This week, I toured Summer Park Residences in Hanover and met with Twin Pines Housing staff to discuss the incredible work they are doing for our state and communities.

The housing crisis touches communities across the state.

Later in Concord, I met with staff and leadership at CATCH Neighborhood Housing and the New Hampshire Housing Authority to tour Rosemary's Way Apartments and discuss how we can expand access to affordable housing across New Hampshire.

I'll keep working to connect our communities with new federal investments to expand the affordable housing stock across New Hampshire.
