3 Ways to Fight Back
1. Call the Senate—Support The Limit, Save, Grow Act <[link removed]>
On January 19th, the United States reached its legal borrowing limit of $31.4 trillion dollars, setting up one of the most important legislative debates of 2023.
Biden was quick to call for a “clean” raise to the debt ceiling, meaning the debt ceiling would be raised without addressing any spending reforms. But American’s know that spending and debt are two sides of the same coin and raising the debt ceiling without significant cuts to spending would be the “dirtiest” deal Washington could force upon the American people.
The only solution that has been introduced and voted on is the House Republicans’ Limit, Save, Grow Act.

2. Call the House—Pass The Secure the Border Act <[link removed]>
Over 6 million <[link removed]> illegal immigrants from over 160 countries, including at least 1.2 million “got-aways” <[link removed]> and 182+ individuals on the terror watch list <[link removed]> have entered into our country under Biden’s watch.
The country cannot wait any longer, we must secure the border! Next week, House Republicans are expected to potentially vote on the Secure the Border Act.

Congress needs to hear from you. Call your Representative and tell them to pass The Secure the Border Act.
3. Submit a Comment—Stop Biden’ redefinition of “sex” in schools <[link removed]>
Biden’s Department of Education has introduced a regulatory rule that requires schools to allow males to participate in women’s sports—any exceptions must be made on a case by case basis and get approval from the Department of Education.
Time after time, males who self-identify as women have entered women’s sports, and deprived women of a level playing field and fair competition. Biden’s new regulation twists the definition of “sex” in Title IX law and weaponizes this law against America’s youth.
This would force a mountain of bureaucratic paperwork on each and every school receiving federal funding just to maintain the integrity of female athletics.

Conservative Wins at the State Level
Indiana - Thanks to the work of Rep. Timothy Wesco, election integrity bill HB 1334 was signed into law. This bill makes it easy to vote and hard to cheat by requiring voter ID for absentee ballots.
This will go a long way to instilling confidence in the results of elections held in the state of Indiana. When there is a fair and secure process for voting, the results will be accepted regardless of the outcome.

Florida - Thanks to the efforts of Florida House Speaker Paul Renner, Representative Bob Rommel, and Governor Ron DeSantis, HB 3 was signed into law and solidifies the Sunshine State’s leadership to protect citizens' pensions and retirement funds from ESG.
The Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda <[link removed]> weaponizes America's investment dollars by using them to manipulate the market in favor of Left wing policy priorities. HB 3 ensures that asset managers uphold their fiduciary duties and make investment decisions based solely on financial factors.

Oklahoma - The Oklahoma Legislature passed SB 613 and Governor Kevin Stitt signed it into law; SB 613 prohibits physicians and medical professionals from performing experimental cross-sex hormones and surgeries on children under 18 years old.
In a statement, Heritage Action’s Executive Director Jessica Anderson said “With the Left’s growing push to force radical gender ideology on Americans, it’s more important than ever for states to do their part to protect our nation’s children.”

In Case You Missed It
Heritage Action’s monthly televised Special Report hosted by John Solomon aired this week. It focused on new ideas and policies to combat the threat <[link removed]> of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), led and controlled by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
The CCP is the greatest existential threat <[link removed]> facing the United States today. And the grassroots have a much greater impact on the outcome of this struggle than we may realize.
