Hi John,

My name is Bobby, and I'm thrilled to be leading our grassroots organizing program. Our volunteers and Voting Squad Captains make up a nationwide community of highly motivated new and experienced organizers working to make sure everyone participates in our democracy.

Now that we've entered 2020, we're already hitting the ground running planning voter registration activities. This month, we're focusing on registering voters in places of community or worship in your town or city in celebration of Black History Month. In a little less than two weeks, we're planning our February Week of Action from February 17-24.

It's not too late to get involved in the February Week of Action. Here's how you can get started right now:

1. Download our Voter Registration and Action Guide now [[link removed]]. The guide has it all -- sample scripts to help you have conversations with eligible voters, printable flyers with the QR code to register voters, and resources to learn more about voter registration laws in your state.

2. Tell us when your event is happening [[link removed]]. Pick a date, time, and location to register voters. Here's a tip: Mark your event private if you want to share with just your network, or public if you want members of the community to join you! Remember, even if it's just you or you and a small group of friends, still put your event online so that we can reach out to you and ask you how it went!

3. Take pictures and post on social media using #WhenWeAllVote. We want to lift up the great work you're doing on When We All Vote's official social media channels.

This month, the first votes will be cast in the 2020 election cycle. We need leaders like you to step up in your community now, so I hope you'll join us for our February Week of Action.
