John - the news around Clarence Thomas and his "gifts" from rightwing megadonors continues to evolve. 

Not only have we learned that Harlan Crow purchased Thomas's mother's home, but he also provided private school tuition payments for a family member of Thomas.

According to the latest reporting from ProPublica, "The exact total...over the years remains unclear. If he paid for all four years at the two schools, the price tag could have exceeded $150,000, according to public records of tuition rates at the schools." 

We cannot overstate the seriousness of this matter: If a Supreme Court Justice is influenced by partisan "gifts" and extravagant vacations, then they have no place on the highest court in the land.

This is an affront to our Democracy and system of checks and balances. But this goes deeper than just Clarence Thomas.

The GOP has strategically sought those that would do their bidding in the Supreme Court. Look no further than the Justices appointed under Trump testifying to the legal precedent of Roe v. Wade only to overturn it. 

We have to fight against this corruption and stop the radical right's quest to overtake the American Justice System. Chip in and fight back!
