Dutch is an unwavering champion for the environment and that extends to animals, too.

Dutch is a proud member of the Congressional Animal Protection Caucus and has supported measures to prevent animal cruelty and torture and prevent violence against horses, dogs, whales, and so many other animals.

While some members of Congress have scored below 50% with the Humane Society -- some even failing with a 0% -- Dutch knows it's our natural gifts that make Maryland so special, and he's committed to protecting all of them.
