- Controls federal spending by capping future spending rates
- Saves taxpayer dollars TODAY by clawing back unspent COVID funds
- Grows the economy by fighting regulations and increasing oil and gas permitting to achieve U.S. energy independence
- Prevents a default on the federal debt by raising the debt ceiling only in combination with the reforms above
