Title IX Toolkit - Biden’s Department of Education is putting female athletes on defense. They are imposing a false standard by forcing female athletes to justify the existence of their own sports in order to maintain fair competition.

This new rule would change Title IX, originally designed to prevent sex discrimination in federally funded educational institutions, to include gender identity - thereby eradicating women’s sports.

This rule is subject to public comments until May 15th. Legally, the rule cannot go into effect until every substantive comment that is submitted receives a written response from the Department of Education. And with enough pressure, the rule can be repealed completely!

Their rule insists males must be allowed to play in women’s sports - any exceptions must be made on a case by case basis. This would force a mountain of bureaucratic paperwork on each and every school receiving federal funding just to maintain the integrity of female athletics.

The Secure the Border Act- There is no doubt that the current crisis at the southern border is a direct result of Biden’s willfully derelict policies. His policies act as a magnet for people from around the world to exploit our southern border, which in turn feeds drug cartels, human traffickers, migrant exploitation, and drains our nation's resources.

Even Democrat run cities are forced to acknowledge the crippling drain on resources that the influx of illegal migrants causes. Chicago is unable to handle just 8,000 migrants, how can the country be expected to adequately handle 7 million and counting?

The answer is clear, the border MUST BE MADE SECURE! Only the House Republicans have put forth a serious solution: The Secure the Border Act.
