May 9, 2023 - 90000-174-XI-23 (Record No. 17233) - Pursuant to 16 U.S. Code ? 2621 (the Code), the Public Service Commission (Commission) is seeking comments and will hold a hearing on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Commission?s Hearing Room at the Hansen Building, 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, Cheyenne, Wyoming, to consider ratemaking standards established by subsection (d) of the Code and make a determination whether it is appropriate to implement such a standard to carry out the purposes of the Code, which supplements otherwise applicable Wyoming law. Nothing in the Code prohibits the Commission from determining that it is not appropriate to implement any standard established under subsection (d)(21) of the Code pursuant to its authority under otherwise applicable Wyoming law. 16 U.S.C. ? 2621(a).
