Senator Durbin reached out earlier this week about the need for Supreme Court ethics reform.

With even more shocking details reported yesterday about unethical behavior from Justice Thomas, it’s clear this issue isn’t going away. That’s why we need leaders like Senator Durbin working to institute an enforceable, written code of ethical standards for the Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, Republicans like Mitch McConnell are insisting that there is nothing wrong with the status quo. That’s why we can’t afford to let them take back the Senate majority next November.
