Friend, can you believe it’s been over 50 YEARS!?

It’s been 50 years since the Young Democrats of America last held a convention in Nevada! In that time the Silver State’s population has grown by 6-fold and Las Vegas has completely transformed from a mere dot on the map to a glowing beacon in the desert providing opportunities to those who take a gamble.

Time and time again, the battle born state defies the odds and re-elects Democrats up and down the ballot. Most recently, we re-elected the nation's first and only Latina Senator by a margin of 0.8% in one of the most difficult campaign cycles ever. Its battleground status is all thanks to robust campaign operations from unions, grassroots organizations, and activists that turn out a diverse coalition of voters. 

This is why we’re OVER THE MOON to be hosting the national convention in fabulous ✨Las Vegas✨! 

From June 18th - June 21st, we’ll be spending our time at the MGM Grand Hotel (that has a unionized staff so please be sure to tip!). We’re currently offering a $50 early bird registration for those who book their hotel rooms BEFORE May 17th. 

This deal is virtually unheard of, but we vowed from the onset to make it as affordable as possible so more young democrats across the country can join us!
