* In Yemen, where 1 million pregnant women are without access to lifesaving medicine
* In Ukraine, where war has forced women to give birth in subway stations, bomb shelters, and basements
* In Somalia, where historic drought has left women malnourished and at risk of life-threatening pregnancy complications
